Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Associate responsible for managing client order issues within a warehouse and fulfillment operation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the ticket queue to ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Own the triage and resolution of escalated customer issues, ensuring clear communication and documentation
- Act as a resource for the customer support team, supporting onboarding and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service within a fulfillment, distribution, or logistics environment
- Experience handling complex customer escalations with professionalism and urgency
- Strong knowledge of fulfillment processes including order management and shipping
- Experience with ticketing systems, WMS, or ERP platforms preferred
- Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
