Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Customer Operations & Programs Specialist, the full-time remote role will manage customer experience initiatives, operationalize processes across post-sales workflows, and support program execution to enhance customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a key partner to the Customer Experience organization, developing expertise in processes, systems, and KPIs across implementation and support teams
- Program manage CX operational initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and adoption by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Translate CX business needs into system requirements and support the implementation of tools and workflows for the customer organization
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success Operations or similar roles supporting post-sales teams
- Strong understanding of the post-sales customer lifecycle, including onboarding and retention
- Experience with Salesforce or other Customer Success Platforms
- Proven ability to leverage automation or AI tools to improve workflows
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
