Job Summary
Serving as the primary entry point for clients, the full-time hybrid Customer Operations Professional will manage new and existing business projects from initiation through onboarding, ensuring a seamless client experience by providing education, coordination, and guidance on products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for client projects, overseeing the process from intake to onboarding
- Manage project workflows, ensuring timely completion of contracts and documentation
- Educate clients on products and services to facilitate successful implementations
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience in a banking or credit union environment
- Knowledge of workflow within banking/credit union operations related to financial services
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to build positive working relationships across remote teams
- Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
