Job Summary
Providing premiere customer service, the part-time temporary Customer Operations Specialist will handle inbound calls, process documents, and assist with system updates while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and manage incoming calls from participants, addressing their inquiries and recommending solutions
- Review and update order information in the proprietary system
- Provide back-end support and attend training sessions as needed
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong computer knowledge with proficiency in navigating multiple screens online
- Excellent communication skills with a clear phone voice and proficient writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
