Job Summary
Supporting customer transfers and payments, the full-time Customer Operations Specialist will manage client inquiries, ensure accurate processing, and enhance customer experience in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide proactive support for customer transfers and payments, ensuring timely resolutions
- Guide first-time homebuyers through the LISA withdrawal process, coordinating with solicitors
- Capture and escalate customer feedback while identifying opportunities for operational improvements
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or operations role is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English
- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Comfortable engaging with customers over the phone
