Job Summary

Supporting customer transfers and payments, the full-time Customer Operations Specialist will manage client inquiries, ensure accurate processing, and enhance customer experience in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide proactive support for customer transfers and payments, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Guide first-time homebuyers through the LISA withdrawal process, coordinating with solicitors
  • Capture and escalate customer feedback while identifying opportunities for operational improvements
Required qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service or operations role is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English
