Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Site Operation Support (CSOS).
Key Responsibilities
- Read and follow work scripts and documentation while keeping up with changes
- Perform validation of customer requirements and evaluate requests for cost efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and escalate complex issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Experience with PC hardware, preferably DELL
- Basic knowledge of the Internet and online software
- Bachelor's degree desired but not required
- Professional attitude and goal-oriented work ethic
