Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Site Operation Support (CSOS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and follow work scripts and documentation while keeping up with changes
  • Perform validation of customer requirements and evaluate requests for cost efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information and escalate complex issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with PC hardware, preferably DELL
  • Basic knowledge of the Internet and online software
  • Bachelor's degree desired but not required
  • Professional attitude and goal-oriented work ethic
  • Ability to manage time effectively to meet performance criteria
