Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Support Manager to enhance client support and service delivery while driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline build and assist in closing customer deals in collaboration with the sales organization
- Act as a Service Delivery Manager for clients, managing support issues and coordinating resolutions
- Lead business development initiatives to grow the Global Services area and improve service offerings
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a technology company, particularly with ERP products
- 3+ years of business development or technology sales experience in managed services
- 5+ years of experience managing phone and ticket escalation processes, with ServiceNow experience preferred
- Experience implementing Infor M3 Technologies in roles such as Solutions Consultant or Project Management
