Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Order Management Representative to manage customer accounts and ensure timely order processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire order life cycle for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely processing and shipping of orders
  • Resolve complex customer inquiries through detailed research and maintain communication as per Service Level Agreements
  • Act as a liaison for quality issues and support departmental goals and initiatives for improved customer support
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer order management or a related field
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and Quality Management Systems
  • Experience with SOX compliance and handling credit and debits
  • Familiarity with Excel and data management systems
  • Ability to participate in and lead process improvement projects
