Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Order Management Representative to manage customer accounts and ensure timely order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire order life cycle for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely processing and shipping of orders
- Resolve complex customer inquiries through detailed research and maintain communication as per Service Level Agreements
- Act as a liaison for quality issues and support departmental goals and initiatives for improved customer support
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer order management or a related field
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and Quality Management Systems
- Experience with SOX compliance and handling credit and debits
- Familiarity with Excel and data management systems
- Ability to participate in and lead process improvement projects
