Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Order Management Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire order life cycle for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely processing and fulfillment
  • Resolve complex customer inquiries through research and understanding of processes, providing timely responses
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure compliance with export policies and documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer order management or a related field
  • Experience with SOX compliance and credit/debit processes
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems
  • Understanding of supply chain processes
  • Proficiency in Excel
