Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Order Management Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire order life cycle for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely processing and fulfillment
- Resolve complex customer inquiries through research and understanding of processes, providing timely responses
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure compliance with export policies and documentation
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer order management or a related field
- Experience with SOX compliance and credit/debit processes
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems
- Understanding of supply chain processes
- Proficiency in Excel
