Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Order Specialist to support the Customer Order Team and enhance process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries using SAP and departmental resources
- Process standard orders and ensure timely invoicing of shipments
- Communicate with distribution facilities to maintain on-time shipment and delivery
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-product Customer Service experience and/or previous sales experience
- Experience with EDI and enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or AS400
- Ability to work effectively under firm deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience managing a large customer base and high transaction volume
