Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Order Specialist to support the Customer Order Team and enhance process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer inquiries using SAP and departmental resources
  • Process standard orders and ensure timely invoicing of shipments
  • Communicate with distribution facilities to maintain on-time shipment and delivery
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of multi-product Customer Service experience and/or previous sales experience
  • Experience with EDI and enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or AS400
  • Ability to work effectively under firm deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Experience managing a large customer base and high transaction volume
