Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Organization Analyst to join their Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative customer data to assess overall health, revenue potential, and retention risk
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that track customer performance, usage trends, and business health metrics
  • Lead and coordinate forecast calls, providing insights on customer revenue, contract renewals, and pipeline status
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in business analytics, customer operations, revenue operations, or a related analyst role
  • Strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Proven ability to interpret customer and business performance data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Experience supporting revenue forecasting, pipeline reporting, or customer renewal processes
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
