Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Outreach Associate to join their Care Team and assist families through onboarding and service introduction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make a high volume of outbound phone calls to connect with eligible users and introduce services
  • Serve as the first point of contact for families, building trust through compassionate communication
  • Meet daily and monthly call volume and quality-based performance goals
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role
  • A self-motivated individual with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Experience in high-volume outbound dialer-based sales or customer service environments
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
  • Mission-driven with a passion for helping families dealing with loss and challenging life events
