Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Outreach Specialist I to engage with prospective customers and drive energy savings through outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts cold outreach to establish customer relationships and schedule meetings with Energy Advisors
• Participates in training and follows established processes for effective outreach and documentation
• Collaborates with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and support team success

Key Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service or similar role with cold outreach responsibilities preferred
• Motivation to engage with prospective customers through various outreach methods
• Ability to utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems effectively
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a remote team environment
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
