Job Summary
Proactively managing key client relationships, the full-time Customer Partner Manager will support revenue cycle performance, drive operational improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize client success in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in relationship management and communication of revenue cycle performance with key client counterparts
- Partner with internal teams to develop strategies and identify projects that enhance operational performance metrics
- Communicate metric performance and collaborate with functional leaders on daily operational decisions within assigned hospitals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a management role
- Experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare operations
- Proven ability to drive change and establish common goals across teams
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and operational improvement strategies
