Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Partnership Consultant to support customer success and engagement with their SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, promoting adoption and satisfaction
  • Facilitate customer renewal processes and maintain accurate records in Dynamics CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing or administrative role, preferably in a SaaS or service-based environment
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively
  • Comfortable presenting information in a professional manner
