Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of 340B and Revenue Integrity customers, the full-time Customer Partnership Executive will build long-term relationships, drive customer retention and growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customer accounts
  • Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews to monitor customer health and KPIs
  • Identifying renewal, upsell, and expansion opportunities through strategic account planning
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or related field
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or revenue cycle environments
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
