Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of 340B and Revenue Integrity customers, the full-time Customer Partnership Executive will build long-term relationships, drive customer retention and growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customer accounts
- Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews to monitor customer health and KPIs
- Identifying renewal, upsell, and expansion opportunities through strategic account planning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or related field
- Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or revenue cycle environments
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
