Job Summary
Driving profitable growth, the full-time salaried Customer Planning Manager will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance planning and forecasting performance while implementing business strategies and managing trade plan objectives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Effectively collaborate with Field sales, Finance, and RGMX to improve planning and forecasting performance
- Lead the monthly forecasting routine to deliver consistent results and implement forecast bias routines
- Manage Division level margin pool analysis and oversee NSV/GSV reporting for the customer business team
Required qualifications
- Strong financial acumen with advanced analytical skills and experience using syndicated data
- Proven ability to influence customer decisions through category and brand insights
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Experience working autonomously within a cross-functional team framework
- Exemplary interpersonal skills with the potential to negotiate and influence effectively
