Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to customers, the full-time hourly Customer Portal Support Specialist will manage communications and case resolutions for customer portals while ensuring high-quality service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle up to 35-40 customer cases daily, maintaining an accuracy rate of 97% or higher
  • Update customer portals and ensure timely resolution of inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure adherence to processes and procedures
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to utilize multiple screens simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills for effective problem resolution
