Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to customers, the full-time hourly Customer Portal Support Specialist will manage communications and case resolutions for customer portals while ensuring high-quality service in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle up to 35-40 customer cases daily, maintaining an accuracy rate of 97% or higher
- Update customer portals and ensure timely resolution of inquiries and complaints
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure adherence to processes and procedures
Required qualifications
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to utilize multiple screens simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and critical thinking skills for effective problem resolution
