Job Summary
As a full-time remote Customer Portfolio Manager, the successful candidate will manage a dynamic customer base, ensuring profitability and satisfaction for assigned contracts while fulfilling service agreement obligations and collaborating with various internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for customers, resolving concerns related to support services and maintaining ongoing technical and business support
- Influence strategy development for the area of responsibility, including resource control and policy formulation
- Lead functional teams or projects, utilizing high levels of judgment to handle complex tasks and recommend best practices for operational improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or an Associate's degree plus 7 years of experience in the power generation industry
- Minimum of 5 years of Technical Field experience with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine and/or Steam Power
- Specialized knowledge within the function to influence operational strategies
- Ability to assess information quality and make informed decisions
- Experience leading programs or projects with minimal resource requirements
