Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Portfolio Manager responsible for maintaining and growing the renewal and new business run rate while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of the sales cycle for renewal transactions in the assigned region
  • Work with account teams to increase run rate in renewal and growth transactions
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and provide regular business health checks to management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, or sales related field
  • 12 or more years of sales experience, including 2-4 years in Customer Portfolio Management
  • Proven ability to understand and communicate business value and ROI of contracts and products
  • Excellent knowledge of sales methodology, pricing, licensing, and booking processes
  • Ability to build collaborative strategies for account renewals
