Job Summary

Acting as the single point of contact for customers, the full-time remote Customer Portfolio Manager will manage service and maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of concerns while influencing strategy and operational decisions in the power generation industry.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing ongoing technical and business support for assigned regions and products
  • Influence strategy development and resource control while interpreting business challenges and recommending best practices
  • Lead functional teams or projects, utilizing high-level judgment to address complex tasks and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, or an Associate's degree plus 7 years of experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience in the power generation industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical field experience with heavy-duty gas turbines and/or steam power
  • Specialized knowledge within the function, with the ability to influence policy formulation
  • Experience in project management and contract management is preferred
  • Ability to assess quality of information and provide recommendations based on multiple internal and external sources
