Job Summary
Managing a dynamic customer base, the full-time Customer Portfolio Manager will be responsible for profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts, fulfilling service agreements, and collaborating with various internal teams while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of concerns and providing ongoing technical and business support
- Influence strategy development for the area of responsibility and recommend best practices to improve products and processes
- Lead functional teams or projects, utilizing high levels of judgment to handle complex tasks and make informed decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or an Associate's degree with 7 years of experience in the power generation industry
- Minimum of 5 years of technical field experience with Heavy Duty Gas Turbines and/or Steam Power
- Ability to work up to 25% of the time on-site
