Job Summary

Driving operational excellence in customer relationships, the full-time Customer Portfolio Manager will oversee the end-to-end success of a critical energy portfolio, ensuring high-quality service delivery and managing commercial aspects remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary partner for customers, building trust and aligning services with their business goals
  • Take ownership of portfolio performance, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery
  • Manage the commercial side of the portfolio, including budget tracking and identifying new value opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Substantive experience in service and customer account management
  • Solid understanding of technical or engineering environments
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and Ireland to visit customer sites
