Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Program Manager, Global AI Factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program for large-scale AI Factory rollouts with global cloud partners
• Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and site readiness for power, cooling, and energy equipment
• Oversee DSX reference architecture energy systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 12+ years in global customer program management, preferably in AI, cloud, energy, or infrastructure
• Demonstrated technical and operational depth in logistics, supply chain, and deployment issues
• Strong leadership and ability to navigate fast-paced global environments
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow capabilities in a new market
