Customer Program Manager

Job Summary

To drive long-term success for clients, the full-time Customer Program Manager will act as a trusted advisor to healthcare payer clients, managing relationships and implementing project plans to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize the value of Cotiviti products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement tactical project plans for customer issue resolution and quality improvement
• Act as the lead relationship manager for assigned accounts, ensuring proactive communication and alignment with client needs
• Forecast and track key metrics related to revenue and customer success, advocating for timely resolution of product-related issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Operational knowledge of data processing systems, particularly in Claims processing and risk adjustment
• Experience in the healthcare field or a related industry
• Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) distribution models
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Freshdesk, SQL, and Jira
