Job Summary
Leading customer projects from kickoff through delivery, the full-time remote Customer Program Manager will manage complex technical implementations involving AI and machine learning, ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with customer goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer implementation projects, pilots, and proof-of-concepts
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk strategies in collaboration with account teams
- Serve as the primary customer PM contact, building trusted relationships through proactive communication
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations or technical customer projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira
