Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Programs Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership across various departments to support customer programs related to expansion, renewal, and advocacy
  • Utilize generative AI to drive execution of complex customer initiatives and maintain delivery momentum
  • Establish and track program-level KPIs and provide visibility into the health of customer programs for stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Operations, Program Management, or related fields with direct execution ownership
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce reporting, Gainsight, and business intelligence tools like Looker
  • Proficiency in using generative AI and creating AI agents for high-quality deliverables
  • Advanced skills in Excel for modeling and reporting, and PowerPoint for executive presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams independently and experience working with senior executives
