Customer Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Project Manager responsible for leading and managing client-facing projects from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, establishing and maintaining strong relationships
• Lead project planning sessions, develop detailed project plans, and monitor project scope and costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and ensure quality assurance standards are met

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or similar certification preferred
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a customer-facing role
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
