Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent Cisco Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center migration projects
• Ensure smooth transitions from competing UC and Contact Center solutions to Cisco technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate project risks and maintain strong relationships with Customer stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Cisco Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center migration projects
• Strong knowledge of Cisco UC and Contact Center products
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Experience in the healthcare industry with an understanding of its unique challenges
• Working knowledge of generative AI tools in project management contexts
