Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to sales teams and customers during product selection and implementation
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to product performance
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to internal teams and customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
• Experience in maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical solutions
• Familiarity with developing training materials and resources
