Customer Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing customer-facing projects from initiation through completion, the full-time remote Customer Project Manager will manage implementation timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure accurate delivery of audit and support services.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scopes, set milestones, and track progress while proactively addressing risks and dependencies
• Facilitate regular communication with clients, prepare status updates and reports, and collaborate with audit, technical, and operations teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and refining project processes

Required qualifications

• Strong Project Management and Program Management skills, including planning and organizing multiple initiatives
• Experience in healthcare, compliance, or audit-related environments with familiarity in data analytics and HIPAA requirements
• Proficiency with project management tools and solid Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
• Sales-related skills, including relationship building and support for proposal and renewal activities
• A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related field is preferred
