Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Quality Assurance Manager (East).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contract terms
  • Facilitates communication between internal and external sources based on customer needs
  • Reviews contract terms to identify risks and ensure company compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related work experience or 2-3 years of equivalent experience in sales support or contracting
  • Experience specifically related to the public sector
  • Familiarity with CRM and Contracting Lifecycle Management tools
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen or Six Sigma
  • Experience with price quoting tools
