Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Quality Engineer I to provide clinical and technical support for customers globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time clinical and technical support through the Technical Support Call Center
  • Manage and investigate customer complaints, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with interdepartmental teams and update procedures as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • BS Degree in biomedical, electrical, life science, or another engineering discipline
  • Experience in a regulated industry, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceuticals
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Understanding of malfunction and adverse event reporting requirements
  • Experience in technical environments is a plus
