Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Quality Engineer I to provide clinical and technical support for customers globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time clinical and technical support through the Technical Support Call Center
- Manage and investigate customer complaints, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdepartmental teams and update procedures as necessary
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in biomedical, electrical, life science, or another engineering discipline
- Experience in a regulated industry, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceuticals
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Understanding of malfunction and adverse event reporting requirements
- Experience in technical environments is a plus
