Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Reactivation Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the roadmap for customer reactivation efforts, including segmentation and messaging
  • Partner with Engineering and Data teams to identify churn signals and inform win-back strategies
  • Design and test various outreach approaches to drive customer reactivation
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Retention, or a similar role within SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems and data visualization tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience with customer segmentation and lifecycle campaigns
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven, and customer-centric environment
