Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Reactivation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the roadmap for customer reactivation efforts, including segmentation and messaging
- Partner with Engineering and Data teams to identify churn signals and inform win-back strategies
- Design and test various outreach approaches to drive customer reactivation
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Retention, or a similar role within SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with customer segmentation and lifecycle campaigns
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven, and customer-centric environment
