Customer Recall Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proactive Customer Recall Agent (Remote - Michigan).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and emails to inform vehicle owners about safety recalls
• Coordinate appointments with dealerships for customers to resolve safety issues
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with team projects

Required Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Eastern time
• Michigan resident with high-speed internet access via Ethernet or landline
• Secluded and distraction-free work environment
