Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proactive Customer Recall Agent (Remote - Indiana).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and emails to inform vehicle owners about safety recalls
• Coordinate appointments with dealerships for customers to resolve vehicle issues
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with team projects

Required Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, with no weekends required
• Must be an Indiana resident with a distraction-free work environment
• High-speed wired internet connection required
