Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Reference Specialist (Contract) to join their Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the intake, qualification, and fulfillment of sales and marketing reference requests, ensuring compliance and status updates
  • Assist in sourcing and delivering customer stories across various formats and coordinate interviews and approvals
  • Recruit and prepare customer speakers for events and maintain dashboards to report on requests and outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer marketing, customer reference programs, product marketing, PR/comms, or customer success in B2B SaaS
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Salesforce, and project management tools
  • Experience coordinating video productions or working with creative vendors is preferred
  • Basic analytics skills for presenting program metrics
