Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Reference Specialist responsible for managing and executing customer reference program operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the customer reference database for accuracy and usability
  • Fulfill reference requests from sales and internal teams in a timely manner
  • Track and report on reference request activity and program performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales support, customer success, or operations role
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and deadlines
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales or proposal teams
  • Proficiency in CRM or database tools and Microsoft Office
