Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Reference Specialist responsible for managing and executing customer reference program operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the customer reference database for accuracy and usability
- Fulfill reference requests from sales and internal teams in a timely manner
- Track and report on reference request activity and program performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales support, customer success, or operations role
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and deadlines
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales or proposal teams
- Proficiency in CRM or database tools and Microsoft Office
