Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (Customer References) to support with managing the client's customer reference program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and recruit new customer references
  • Amplify the impact of customer references through training sessions and meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain a library of customer testimonials, references, and logos
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer advocacy, customer marketing, or a similar role
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working closely with product marketing, leadership, and sales teams in building, launching, and reporting on customer reference initiatives
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Asana, ReferenceEdge, Jira, and Google Suite
  • A startup mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment
