Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Relations (Service) Coordinator to support service and warranty needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Submit homeowner cards to factories within 30 days of project completion
  • Maintain accuracy of service items within Procore and create factory work orders
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to clarify service and warranty needs
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of office administrative experience with client communication and scheduling
  • Knowledge of common office systems, including spreadsheets and databases
  • Experience with client interaction via email, phone, and virtual meetings
  • Familiarity with warranty contracts and home construction processes is a plus
  • Proficiency in DocuSign, Google Suite, and Procore is a plus
