Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Relations (Service) Coordinator to support service and warranty needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit homeowner cards to factories within 30 days of project completion
- Maintain accuracy of service items within Procore and create factory work orders
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to clarify service and warranty needs
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of office administrative experience with client communication and scheduling
- Knowledge of common office systems, including spreadsheets and databases
- Experience with client interaction via email, phone, and virtual meetings
- Familiarity with warranty contracts and home construction processes is a plus
- Proficiency in DocuSign, Google Suite, and Procore is a plus
