• Assist customers with registration issues, missing packages, billing questions, and general inquiries
• Demonstrate empathy and compassion while addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Manage time effectively and maintain productivity while working remotely

Required Qualifications

• High-speed internet and a quiet workspace free from distractions
• Availability for flexible scheduling between 4 AM-9 PM PST, Monday through Friday
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
