Customer Relations Representative

Job Summary

Providing business-to-business support, the full-time Customer Relations Representative will manage inbound communications and assist with client relationship management in a hybrid work environment based in Brentwood, TN.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve client and cardholder requests through effective communication via phone and email
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance client satisfaction and retention
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to proactively support clients and recommend best practices

Required qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment
• Prior B2B experience preferred with a focus on career development
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient in phone and computer skills for managing customer interactions
