Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time Customer Relations Specialist will manage order requests by entering data into multiple systems, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely submission for complete customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Work independently on case orders and collaborate with other groups to gather necessary information
- Check source documents for accuracy and verify data, correcting any discrepancies
- Enter data from source documents into computer systems while ensuring compliance with data integrity and security policies
Required qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience with computer and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Preferred knowledge or background in telecom services, including managed services and data solutions
- Experience in data entry and verification processes
- Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail
- Willingness to undergo a GSA background check for federal account work
