Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Drive client success by understanding their business objectives and ensuring they receive value from the company's products and services
  • Advocate for clients internally, providing feedback and data to inform decision-making and improve client implementations
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in client success or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare, medical device, pharma, or health IT
  • Experience working with executives and in a SaaS or startup environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to transform data into a compelling value proposition
