Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Manager, Customer Relationship Manager (CRM).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CRM Road Map with certified partners to ensure timely delivery of business objectives
• Assess client needs and provide solutions to exceed expectations
• Audit CRMs for compliance and work with providers to ensure adherence

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in CRM or OEM managing CRM activities
• General understanding of automotive digital marketing and CRM analytics
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience leading internal and external meetings
• OEM and Dealer oriented team player with program leadership skills
