Job Summary
Customer Relationship Manager, responsible for managing customer relationships in a fully remote, full-time position, focusing on business reviews, marketing plan implementation, and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular calls and business reviews with customers to identify growth opportunities
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing plans to optimize revenue
- Provide ongoing evaluation of programs and maintain compliance with contractual obligations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred
- Five or more years of experience in marketing
- Project management and client service expertise
- Familiarity with PC-based platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
