Job Summary

Customer Relationship Manager, responsible for managing customer relationships in a fully remote, full-time position, focusing on business reviews, marketing plan implementation, and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular calls and business reviews with customers to identify growth opportunities
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing plans to optimize revenue
  • Provide ongoing evaluation of programs and maintain compliance with contractual obligations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred
  • Five or more years of experience in marketing
  • Project management and client service expertise
  • Familiarity with PC-based platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
