Job Summary
To support a Government client's IT Branch Office, the full-time remote Customer Relationship Manager will manage customer demand, translate business requirements into infrastructure solutions, and coordinate the delivery of compute, storage, and cloud services across enterprise environments.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing service demand and delivery expectations
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of infrastructure requests, including provisioning, deployment, and migration activities
- Drive continual service improvement efforts and support modernization initiatives focused on cloud scalability and operational excellence
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer relationship management within IT services, particularly in infrastructure and cloud environments
- Strong understanding of cloud services, including AWS and Azure
- Proven ability to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements
- Familiarity with service delivery management and operational coordination
- Ability to develop executive dashboards and operational reporting metrics
