Job Summary

To support a Government client's IT Branch Office, the full-time remote Customer Relationship Manager will manage customer demand, translate business requirements into infrastructure solutions, and coordinate the delivery of compute, storage, and cloud services across enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing service demand and delivery expectations
  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of infrastructure requests, including provisioning, deployment, and migration activities
  • Drive continual service improvement efforts and support modernization initiatives focused on cloud scalability and operational excellence
Required qualifications
  • Experience in customer relationship management within IT services, particularly in infrastructure and cloud environments
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, including AWS and Azure
  • Proven ability to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements
  • Familiarity with service delivery management and operational coordination
  • Ability to develop executive dashboards and operational reporting metrics
