Job Summary
Leading a team of Customer Delivery Managers and Customer Relationship Managers, the full-time remote Customer Relationship Manager Lead will drive revenue growth, expand client partnerships, and ensure long-term customer success through strategic leadership and exceptional service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Own the health, growth, and performance of assigned clients, developing multi-year account strategies aligned with business objectives
- Partner with Sales and internal teams to identify and close expansion opportunities, driving revenue growth through proactive engagement
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to ensure consistent client engagement and operational excellence
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of product, solutions, and/or technical customer support experience in a comparable environment
- Established reputation as a high integrity performer with strong issue management skills
- Ability to manage small to medium-sized projects with a high level of customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in analyzing workflows and translating business requirements into technical solutions
