Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Customer Relationship Representative will manage customer inquiries and concerns for luxury automobile brands, utilizing technology and product knowledge while working onsite in Asheville, NC.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the customer experience by building rapport and anticipating needs through authentic connections
- Promptly resolve customer inquiries and technical questions while ensuring service level metrics are met
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge and recommend improvements to departmental policies and procedures
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or public relations
- Previous experience in phone-based customer support preferred
- Experience with customer contact systems is required
- Interest or experience in technology is preferred
