Job Summary
Providing courteous and timely support to LSAC registrants, the part-time Customer Relationship Representative will manage candidate inquiries via telephone, email, and chat, while working remotely and being scheduled for up to 29 hours a week.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of LSAC services and policies to effectively assist candidates
- Provide proactive communication support through various channels, ensuring a professional and helpful demeanor
- Document candidate feedback and troubleshoot issues, escalating complex problems as necessary
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel
- Ability to maintain professionalism and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
